Whether you're buying clothing, accessories, or both, we want your Sherpa Adventure Gear orders to get to you as soon as possible so you can wear, love and enjoy them.

European delivery

Your item will be shipped from our Distribution Centre in the Netherlands.

We will ship your item via DPD and your order will need to be signed for at your place of delivery.

To track your order, please click on the ‘Track my Order’ button on your ‘Order Dispatched’ email. This will directly link you to the DPD website with your tracking number pre-filled.

We offer European Standard Delivery over 75 EUR (3- 5 working days): FREE.

We offer European Standard Delivery under 75 EUR (3- 5 working days): 6,95 EUR.

Orders will not be dispatched over the weekends or bank holidays.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

European and International delivery

If your delivery country is not listed above, then unfortunately we are unable to deliver to you at this time. For delivery to UK, Germany, and the United States please visit our dedicated sites to start shopping.

Additional delivery information

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than home address, as most couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm and will require a signature on receipt.

For orders being sent outside of the EU, VAT is deducted from the price when a non-EU delivery address is selected.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcels reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
